2. Services

Scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in specific proposals or contracts. Services may include software and app development, IT consulting, data quality and security management, big data implementation, local SEO, Google profile management, and digital marketing.

3. Third-party accounts (including Google)

If you grant access to Google Business Profile, Google Cloud, or other platforms, you are responsible for authorization and compliance with those providers' terms. We use access only to deliver agreed services.

4. SEO & marketing results

SEO, Google profile management, and digital marketing depend on external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BanditCode is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from site use or third-party platform changes. Aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the prior 12 months, unless law requires otherwise.
